Fuel prices across major Indian cities remained unchanged on March 28, offering relief to consumers even as global crude oil markets continue to experience volatility due to tensions in West Asia.

In Delhi, petrol is being sold at ₹94.77 per litre, while diesel costs ₹87.67 per litre. Meanwhile, in Mumbai, petrol prices remain higher at ₹103.54 per litre and diesel at ₹90.03 per litre.

Other metropolitan cities such as Kolkata, Chennai, and Hyderabad continue to see petrol prices above ₹100 per litre, while diesel remains comparatively lower.

The stability in fuel prices comes after the government reduced excise duty, significantly lowering costs for consumers. However, global crude prices and geopolitical developments continue to pose uncertainties for future price trends.
